Ok, I know it has taken some time for Lara and I to get a blog up and running so we can post pictures and tell stories about life in Tonga. Sorry about our procrastination. It wasn’t because we didn’t want to do this, but we (at least Trent) is lacking in some of the skills necessary to build such a site. Lucky we have tech savvy friends here in Tonga.
So, I have started by putting some photos that many of you have probably already seen by now, but we have to start somewhere. I have also put some stuff about Tonga (The Wikipedia version) and hope to personalize Tonga through our experiences. I have also included some links to other blogs from Group 73 that have been up and running for sometime.
As our journey continues, we hope that we will be able to post new things on a weekly basis, and we hope you will participate with us as well. We have taken hundreds of photos since we arrived that we haven’t uploaded, so keep checking for new pics.
Thanks to all of you that have kept in touch since we have been gone. It is great to get emails, letters and packages from our friends and loved ones back home. Keep in touch, it is like Christmas everytime we receive an letter or package.
